The sudden reappearance of the Decepticons on Earth forces the long-hidden Autobot Pretenders to drop their human disguises and rejoin the fight.

The Decepticons transform human corpses into undead "Destroids", and then attack the island nation of Karin, where the Autobots must team up with the island's prince, Cab, to save the day.

Seeking live humans for their Destroid experiments, the Decepticons attack jumbo jets, bringing the Autobots into contact with a young girl named Minerva.

Shūta, Cab and Minerva become Headmaster Juniors, but the Decepticons have recruited humans to their side as well.

Minerva is forced to overcome her fear of fighting when the Decepticon Headmaster Juniors cause chaos as they seek revenge on a motorcycle gang from Wilder's past.

Wilder continues to revisit his past when he kidnaps a former member of his gang who turned against him, and Shūta has to lead the Headmaster Juniors in rescuing him.

It's the Autobots to the rescue when the Decepticons cause animals to stampede in Africa in a scheme to destabilize the balance of nature!

A new element enters the Masterforce War in the form of Hydra and Buster—the Godmasters!

The construction of the world's largest tidal power plant in the Karin Islands quickly attracts the attention of the Decepticons, and the Autobots are once again faced with the power of the Godmaster brothers.

On the day that he discovers a mysterious truck, a young man named Ginrai suddenly finds himself caught up in the war between the Autobots and Decepticons.

While Ginrai debates over whether or not to join the Autobots, the Decepticons begin a series of fatal attacks on his trucker friends in an effort to draw him out.

Attempting to track down new leads on the location of the remaining Godmasters, the Autobots venture into the Rocky Mountains, where they cross paths with a forest patrolman named Ranger, but Minerva suspects that he is working with the Decepticons!

A new threat to the Autobots arrives from space in the form of Sixknight, a Six Changer who targets Ginrai in order to prove his worth to the Decepticons. But Sixknight is in for a shock when he discovers the true nature of his opponent...

The search for the fourth Godmaster brings the Autobots and Decepticons to France, where the Headmaster Juniors attend the finale of the World Grand Prix, and meet the champion racer, Road King.

Both Sixknight and Cancer have been greatly affected by their experiences with the Autobots and decide to do something about their conflicted loyalties.

Cab's return home is an unhappy one thanks to the latest scheme by the Decepticons, which puts the life of his childhood friend Copo in danger.

As the Decepticons' newest plan slowly begins, Lightfoot finds himself alone against the Decepticons with his father's life at stake.
