DiSchiavi and Allan investigate a frightened woman's claims that decades of paranormal activity in her Tonawanda, New York, home has now become dangerously violent. During their separate investigations, DiSchiavi uncovers the story of a twisted teenager who poisoned several children, while Allan's walk reveals a dark entity focused on tormenting the living.

Steve DiSchiavi and Amy Allan travel to Gatesville, Texas, where a couple is being tormented by demonic entities hellbent on destroying their home and their grandchildren. During their separate investigations, DiSchiavi uncovers the dark and sordid history of a boys' reformatory turned female prison, while Allan encounters a vicious serpent-like entity that is set on contaminating the souls of all who inhabit the property.

Steve DiSchiavi and Amy Allan travel to Blue Springs, Missouri, where a mother fears for the safety of her children as unseen forces torment them on a daily basis. During their separate investigations, DiSchiavi discovers the property was the scene of a gruesome murder-suicide in the 1960s, while Allan encounters the spirit of a dead man who has a deep resentment towards women and children.

Steve and Amy travel to Springfield, OH, where a woman is losing control of her temper and personality. Her family fears she may be possessed, and she's worried something in the house is trying to kill her.

Steve and Amy travel to Pittsburgh to investigate paranormal activity in a tattoo parlor where the artists and customers fear for their safety.

Amy and Steve head to Highland Park, Illinois, where a panic-stricken family claims life in their new home has been been hell on Earth. The parents fear if Amy and Steve can't help, their kids could get seriously hurt.

Amy and Steve travel to Lynchburg, Ohio, to investigate a shadowy figure.

Steve and Amy head to a horse farm in Hartford, Wisconsin, where a family is threatened by dark forces. Steve uncovers a history of religious mania and insanity, while Amy encounters a shadow person preying on the living.

Steve and Amy head down to the Florida Everglades to meet with a Reiki master who claims her family is being torn apart by violent paranormal attacks. She's worried if Steve and Amy can't help, someone is going to wind up hurt -- or even dead.
