After inadvertently helping capture a criminal, Suzano is promoted to chief of the 8th precinct, but his new officers are not very welcoming.

Officers at the precinct panic when the coffee machine breaks. While interrogating a suspect, Suzano and Inspector Mantovani play good cop, bad cop.

Suzano devises a plan to gather intel from an informant. When Azevedo attempts to interfere with the precinct’s affairs, Mantovani steps in.

When Ivone's dog goes missing inside the precinct, Suzano mobilizes the team. Guerra and Wi-Fi put up with a demanding civil servant.

After upsetting news, Suzano returns to his hometown for a party held in his honor. However, the troubles of the 8th precinct continue to dog him.

Just before Carnival, Suzano discovers a grim truth: Police chiefs are targeted during holiday festivities. To keep him safe, the squad concocts a plan.
