Live at the Apollo - Season 2

Joining Jack on stage tonight is one of the UK's hottest stand-ups, star of The Sketch Show, Lee Mack. Guest stars include the cast of Footballers Wives, Michael Buerk, Quentin Wilson and Spice Girl Melanie C, and members of the public get the chance to text Jack with jokes, comments and abuse.

Jack is joined by Irish comic Dara O'Briain, whose set includes advice on how to put know-all doctors in their place, reveals and includes an improvisation of a koala being a phone sex operator. Jack sets his sights on Ellen MacArthur, the Olympics and on audience members including Tracey Emin and Jayne Middlemiss.

Jack Dee presents a series from the Apollo theatre in London, with performances from some of his favourite comedy stars. Jack takes to the stage and lays into nursery schools, homework for kids, dentists, Antiques Roadshow and safari ballooning.

Jack's guest is Wales's most famous divorcee, Keith Barret. Keith's inept attempt to give a lecture about relationships has the audience in stitches, as he stumbles through a disastrous slide show. Jack's own set takes in rough council estates, service stations, the SAS and decking out his house with freebies from hotels.

Marcus Brigstocke performs a stand-up set that includes his observations on everything from Pacman to Britain's 'special relationship' with America, while laconic American Rich Hall explains how Bill Gates defies gravity and exposes the secret formula behind the plots to Tom Cruise films. In Jack's own set, he teases audience guests including Neil and Christine Hamilton.

Joining Jack on stage is Julian Clary, who whips the audience into a frenzy with a set where no one is safe from his wit. Jack delivers a set lambasting cold calling for gas, phone and electricity, and he also lays into chemists, mobile phones and even vacuum cleaners.
