Anthony brings in a designer to help with room renovations while he helps rebuild the management staff and trains the owner on proper maintenance practices and management techniques. Will this be enough to bring the hotel up to acceptable standards?

After learning the business isn't really in financial trouble, Anthony discovers the owner is taking advantage of her underpaid general manager. Can Anthony fix the White Caps Motel's poor management before the employees decide they've had enough?

Anthony visits Bayfield, Wisconsin, to try and help the struggling Greunke's First Street Inn and Restaurant. Owned by an overworked family, the underperforming hotel operation is being neglected in favor of an on-site restaurant and pizzeria. To get the inn running to its full potential, Anthony will have to convince the owner to agree to some major management changes and mend fences with her family.

Anthony Melchiorri visits a beachfront motel in North Carolina and meets the owner, who wants to sell the property before facing foreclosure. The asking price is way too high, but convincing the owner to come down won't be easy.

Anthony visits Williamstown, Kentucky, where an amazing replica of Noah's Ark draws hundreds of thousands of visitors. The nearby Sunrise Inn, however, is beset by so many problems that it needs a miracle to survive.

Anthony visits Palm Springs, California to help the Cambridge Inn. The inexperienced owner is running out of capital after just a few months, and her general managers are clashing and making bad security decisions with guests.

Anthony Melchiorri visits a motel in a beach town on Cape Cod where the employees are passionate about the property but the uninterested owner is looking to sell. With the help of the motel's general and assistant managers, Anthony works to convince the owner to take down the ominious For Sale sign and re-invest in his property.

Anthony Melchiorri visits a San Clemente, CA, hotel where the family of the deceased owner struggles to run the business in her honor. Upon arrival, Anthony immediately notices overflowing garbage cans, a cluttered outdoor common area with broken deck furniture and leaky gas stoves that could ignite a disaster. When the original owner's sister arrives to help out, Anthony is impressed with her competence, but will the family step back and relinquish control?
