Michelle runs into her old college buddy Chris who soon moves in with her. To show him how she got on with her own life, she tells him she got engaged with Grant. When Claire steps by, things heat up quickly.

Michelle hooks him up with one of her girlfriends. However when the two become a real couple, she tries to break them up again. Claire acts strange around Chris, which leads her even to question her religion.

Michelle sets herself a challenge to be ugly so that people may find her attractive after Alex tells her otherwise. Chris has had enough and is forcing himself to propose due to sexual frustration. Elsewhere, Grant is the new target for Rachel...

Chris buys a ring for Claire which causes her to flee. Rachel gives Grant one last chance to choose her, with incalculable consequences.

Chris finally finds the courage to present his fiancee to his parents, but it turns out they already know her. Michelle is frustrated with her job and takes up Grant's offer to become his new PA.

Michelle really likes her new job until she discovers what Grant's daily life really looks like. Chris wakes up with gonorrhoea. When he tries to find the source, he makes some shocking discoveries about his friends' sex lives.
