This trip, Guy Fieri's diving into sandwiches, Southern eats and south-of-the-border specialties. In Spokane, Wash., a lights-out food truck smokin' up real-deal barbecue. In Ashland, Ore., a Mexican joint putting a tasty twist on tamales and crushin' their carnitas torta. And in Bozeman, Mont., a fried chicken haven serving up the bomb bird on the bone and in the bun.

Guy Fieri's digging into everything from pretzels to paella. In Bozeman, Mont., a five-star take on breakfast with a Mexican pork masterpiece and a French toast Monte Cristo. In Little Rock, Ark., a microbrewery servin' up elevated pub grub like scratch pretzels and a gumbo-cheese fry mashup. Plus, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant serving up Spanish specialties like on-point paella.

This trip, it ain't no thing but a chicken wing in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, when Guy Fieri stops by to taste a couple of new eats they've added. A Nashville barbecue spot has a new take on the old standard wings, and a joint in Miami is keepin' it real with a variety of new dishes, including drumsticks and duck.

In North Little Rock, a buddy-owned joint crankin' out classic soft pretzels with plenty of dippin' sauce options to pair with their brews. And across the river in LIttle Rock, a Venezuelan chef mashin' up his heritage with Spanish, French, and Italian for authentic comfort dishes like paella.

In San Antonio, Texas, a Greek chef is whippin' up real-deal Mexican for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Finally, a haus in Glendale, Arizona, that hasn't missed a beat in their quest for true German flavor.
