Watch every other incarnation of Scooby Doo!!! Even Scooby Doo and 13 Ghost, which was weird, is still 1000 times better than this. Like Velma beliving in "Early piratetism", are f--k--g kidding me, so stupid. Do not see this!! **Instead** go watch any other Scooby Doo.
I was expecting to hate this like every other human being who even as so looked at this. I'm mean the art style really gave off that Family Guy/American Dad energy and I just thought it was just gonna be more family-friendly version of those shows. But after watching all of it, it's easily in my top 3 Scooby-Doo series. I remember when this came out, everybody online threw fits and called the show terrible. My theory for how it got so much hate on release can be boiled down to 2 reasons. First and foremost is the art style. Yeah its not that great and I guess people just assumed the same thing I did before I even watch it. Second thing is that it came right after Mystery Incorporated and I guess people got mad that it wasn't as smart or nuanced as Mystery Inc., evening we were pretty spoiled to get that show in the first place and just hated it without giving a proper chance. Listen this show and Mystery Inc. are 2 wildly different shows and trying to judge this show with Mystery Inc. as you're basis is pretty dumb. Like judge this show for it is, not for what it isn't. I kept waiting for the show dip in quality or become less and less funny later on, but anything it got better has it went on. One thing I like about this show are the new characterizations for the gang. Fred was shockingly really good. I like how he's more of the straight man and has to try to lead all these weirdos who don't even listen to him. He might just be my favorite iteration of the character in a comedic context and as much as I love Mystery Inc.'s Fred, I don't think he would really work in this context because everybody would a weirdo. Daphne in this is undoubtedly the best incarnation of her character. I mean what competition is there. Mystery Inc. Daphne's entire character is just fantasizing over Fred and doesn't really have anything else going for her. In this however, she's fun and kooky, something I wanted for this piece of cardboard of a character. I enjoyed most of her gimmicks and very little of them were actually annoying. I wish I had someone like Be Cool Daphne in my life. Velma was also very entertaining. I love how she's the Meg equivalent in this show and constantly gets tortured for just existing like when everybody jumps on her back and she just has to carry everybody. Shaggy and Scooby are the ones who have changed the least out of the others, but I still get laugh out of them every once in awhile I've been watching much Scooby-Doo content and to find a show that's at least 70% enjoyable is practically a miracle. Not every joke lands and I didn't feel like a full episode needed to be 22-minutes and it probably be more favorable if they opted 2 11-minute segments. Also when they try to add more story driven elements in the last few episodes feels a bit disingenuous because they didn't do the work for setting up a compelling story (like Mystery Inc. and Rise of the TMNT for example) and feels a bit tacked on. But there's plenty of other episodes that are really good episodes with mysteries I didn't see coming, probably because i'm losing my edge with this guessing game. So yeah, pretty good show and definitely the most over-hated piece of Scooby-Doo media ever made. I can see why people might dislike, but if people actually consider this worse than "Shaggy and Scooby-Doo: Get a Clue!", turn out you're location I just wanna talk
No, this is NOT Scooby-Doo. Fred isn't really Fred, Velma isn't Velma, Shaggy and Scooby are hardly the cowards with the bottomless stomachs they used to be, Daphne is not Daphne... ...And there aren't any real mysteries. You're watching another cartoon about a group of kids that just have fun, face no real threats, have nothing really scary happen to them, the series sucks. It feel like EVERY other cartoon, straight down to animation that makes Hanna-Barbara look like Michelangelo. The changes are the main reason I hate remakes and reboots. It's like people sat down and said "Let's make Scooby-Doo but make it nothing like Scooby-Doo."
Episode 1
Velma's got an interview at the prestigious Kingston University, the most selective school in the country. The only catch? The dean wants her and the rest of the Scooby gang to figure out why the ghost of Elias Kingston, the school's founder, is haunting Kingston's book-filled halls!

The gang goes to the Sorcerer Snacks factory, where a real sorcerer is scaring everyone away. Meanwhile, Fred finds he can get Shaggy and Scooby to do anything he wants with a box of Sorcerer Snacks (a precursor to Scooby Snacks).

The gang visits a bayou in New Orleans, where a swamp monster is frightening away anyone who comes into his swamp. Meanwhile, Daphne pretends to be a vampire.
Episode 19
The gang's trip to a ski resort is interrupted by a snow monster terrorizing the tourists. Meanwhile, Daphne attempts to get revenge on Fred for hitting her with a snowball three years ago by planning a snowball attack.
Episode 20
Daphne takes the gang to her family's ancient castle where a giant is protecting it from the visitors. As the gang tries to solve the mystery, Daphne starts speaking Irish and Fred wears knight armor.
Episode 21
The gang goes to a farm, where Fred develops a crush on Beth, a farmer's daughter. When a living scarecrow appears, Fred tries to impress Beth with his mystery solving skills, while Velma gets severe hay allergies and Daphne begins hoarding animals as "pets" after becoming jealous of Shaggy and Scooby's relationship.
Episode 22
After the ghost of the Cliff Bride begins haunting a wedding that the gang is attending, they must go to extreme lengths to try to keep the bride, who is very superstitious, from finding out. However, this proves very challenging when the ghost seems to appear everywhere that the bride is. Meanwhile, Daphne becomes very wrapped up in the ideology of wedding traditions and Shaggy worries obsessively about his best man speech.
Episode 23
Fred takes the gang to Mexico so they can experience the local Day of the Dead festivities. A mystery quickly pops up involving a long-dead historical figure named El Bandito, causing Fred to want to make himself a legend just like El Bandito. During the mystery, Daphne believes her deceased Aunt Cookie is communicating with her somehow.
Episode 24
After Daphne agrees to babysit her friend's son, Wayne, the gang ends up going to an amusement park where an insane killer clown is lurking. Daphne attempts to focus on allowing Wayne to have a good time, but the rest of the gang investigates the park and tries to solve the mystery of Madcap, the killer clown.
Episode 25
Fred attempts to hone the gang's mystery solving skills by taking them out camping in the wilderness. A perfect mystery opportunity soon comes along when they discover that viking ghosts have scared away all the tourists from camping in the area. However, the gang has to avoid the park ranger in the process, or risk being sent to "Forest Jail" forever.
Episode 26
Fred is put on trial after he is wrongfully accused of dressing up as a toxic waste mutant. The trial goes further awry after Fred is accused of inventing every mystery he has ever solved. Though Daphne agrees on being Fred's defense lawyer, her and the rest of the gang's antics serve no help to Fred, who risks being put away in prison if charged with the crime.
