On the rugged and windswept Faroe Islands, Richard has a tour-de-force in how to adapt to survive and thrive with a third-generation fisherman, and meets the singer of doom metal band Hamferð.

Richard enjoys a Wight good time at Cowes Week racing regatta, tests out his seven-star service skills at a superyacht school and joins the fast-paced life onboard a Border Force cutter.

Richard meets the rebels and risk takers of Thames, gets whipped into shape by the Greenwich Sea Cadets, barges about on a floating bakery and returns to his rebellious Communards youth.
