Season 8 follows the community through new challenges, from repairing vital infrastructure and securing food supplies to passing on survival skills to the next generation. With nature as both an adversary and a provider, every day in Port Protection is a test of endurance and cooperation.

The residents repair the dam to restore water and power; Squibb helps Troy and Sarah build a path to their home; Curly and Junior hunt black bear; Shipley returns to fish with his family.
02. Wet Future
Curly succeeds in bear hunting; Troy and Sarah attempt to move a massive water tank; Jiggy and Gale craft new fishing lures; Oliver and Breanna construct a tidal lift.
